The spill: It can be very easy to spill coffee or sauce on your outfit during a date. Most people are pretty nervous during a first date so they might be a little clumsy. If you wear dark clothing you wont have to worry about a dark stain on your outfit. If you wear white clothing, you are risking yourself to eventually have stains down the front of you. You cannot predict the outcome of your first date unless you fully prepare for it.
Gas: You don’t want to be late because you have run out of gas in your vehicle. Not only is it rude to be late, it is also embarrassing. If you run out of gas, you either have to call someone or walk to the nearest gas station. If you walk, you are going to end up sweating in your nice outfit.
